St\u00e4ll ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret och l\u00e5t det svalna. Vispa \u00e4ggen och sockret ljust och luftigt. Blanda vetemj\u00f6let och bakpulvret och blanda i. H\u00e4ll i sm\u00f6ret och vispa. Riv skalet fr\u00e5n citronen och pressa ur saften. Vispa ner i smeten. Riv chokladen och r\u00f6r ner. Tills\u00e4tt \u00bd dl vatten och vispa samman. Fyll formen med smeten och placera mitt i ugnen, ca 40 min (OBS! Tiden varierar fr\u00e5n ugn till ugn).
