{"id":10651,"date":"2011-09-18T12:01:30","date_gmt":"2011-09-18T10:01:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.hundringen.se\/?p=10651"},"modified":"2011-09-19T12:05:44","modified_gmt":"2011-09-19T10:05:44","slug":"rabarber-cheescake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.hundringen.se\/?p=10651","title":{"rendered":"Rabarber cheescake!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jag gjorde en cheesecake av v\u00e5ra sista rabarber och hade med till min mamma som fyllde \u00e5r i l\u00f6rdags, den blev riktigt god.<\/p>\n<p>Den g\u00f6r sig nog allra b\u00e4st en riktigt varm sommarkv\u00e4ll d\u00e5 den \u00e4r lite l\u00e4skande syrlig \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Recept: <strong>Rabarber Cheesecake med topping av biskvier<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"recipe_comment\">F\u00f6rbered den g\u00e4rna, den beh\u00f6ver minst 4 timmar i kyl f\u00f6r att stelna. jag gjorde den dan innan kalaset.<\/div>\n<p><strong>Botten:<br \/>\n<\/strong>14 finkrossade Digestivekex<br \/>\n75 g sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fyllning:<br \/>\n<\/strong>400 g naturell f\u00e4rskost<br \/>\n2 dl str\u00f6socker<br \/>\n2 tsk \u00e4kta vaniljsocker<br \/>\n5 dl vispad gr\u00e4dde<br \/>\n5 gelatinblad<br \/>\nPressad saft av en citron<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rabarberkompott:<br \/>\n<\/strong>400 g rabarber<br \/>\n2 dl str\u00f6socker<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dekoration:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Mandelbiskvier<\/p>\n<h3>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r<\/h3>\n<div>B\u00f6rja med rabarberkompotten. Sk\u00f6lj och sk\u00e4r rabarbern i sm\u00e5 bitar, \u00e4r den sp\u00e4d beh\u00f6ver den inte skalas. Blanda rabarbern med socker och sm\u00e4lt den p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme. H\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen och koka till en tjock kompott, det tar ca 10 minuter. L\u00e5t kallna. Blanda kexsmulorna med sm\u00f6r och tryck ut blandningen i en form med l\u00f6stagbar kant. St\u00e4ll kallt och g\u00f6r fyllningen under tiden. Bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gg gelatinbladen i n\u00e5gra minuter i kallt vatten. R\u00f6r f\u00e4rskosten med socker och vaniljsocker, tills\u00e4tt rabarberkompotten och den vispade gr\u00e4dden. R\u00f6r s\u00e5 allt \u00e4r v\u00e4l blandat. Ta upp gelatinbladen och sm\u00e4lt dem tillsammans med den pressade citronsaften, g\u00e4rna i mikron p\u00e5 h\u00f6gsta effekt i 10 sekunder. R\u00f6r s\u00e5 det \u00e4r v\u00e4l blandat och \u00e4ven svalnar n\u00e5got. Vispa ner gelatinet i fyllningen, g\u00e4rna med elvisp. H\u00e4ll fyllningen i formen och st\u00e4ll den kallt i minst 4 timmar, g\u00e4rna l\u00e4ngre.<\/div>\n<p>Str\u00f6 \u00f6ver krossade mandelbiskvier och lossa kanten.
